Where Should You Walk?

Footpath, road, or somewhere else?

Loading the fun…

What is this experiment about?

Where you walk matters as much as how carefully you walk. Look at each situation and pick the safest spot.

Questions kids ask

Why walk facing traffic when there's no footpath?
Facing traffic means you can see a car coming and step aside — with your back to it, you'd never see it approach.
Why does reflective clothing matter at night?
Headlights catch bright or reflective clothing from much farther away than dark clothing.
Is a driveway as risky as a road?
Yes — a car can pull out with little warning, so it deserves the same look-both-ways habit as crossing a street.
